Day 01 - Arrival Kathmandu
Arrive Kathmandu by EY 1555 ( Tuesday & Sunday or at 1955 hrs Wednesday & Saturday )
Met on arrival followed by transfer to Gokarna Forest Resort or Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza
KATHMANDU -a unique and fascinating capital of the kingdom of Nepal, a deeply spiritual land isolated by the high Himalayas.
Gokarna Forest Resort -situated within the city limits of Kathmandu, Gokarna Forest Resort is located inside the serene temper ate Gokarna Forest, the former private Royal hunting grounds of the Kings of Nepal.
A winding road leads through the forest up to the main complex, comprising a mix of subtly majestic Malla period architecture, Rana period lodges, and sanctuaries harmoniously blending with nature. Further on exotic Forest View cottage rooms are set besides a century old restored Hunter's lodge.

Day 02 – In Kathmandu
Morning : sightseeing tour visiting the Durbar square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati temples, temple house of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess.
Walk around the local bazaars.
Afternoon : Visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. It has all seeing eyes of Buddha and believed to be built by King Manadeva.
Optional activity -Special Prayer Session at a Buddhist Monastery in Boudhanath

Day 03 – In Kathmandu
Morning : visit Swaymbhunath stupa, a Buddhisht shrine believed to be more than 2000 yrs old on the hillock of western part of Kathmandu.
Afternoon: Visit Patan also known as Lalitpur, is the city of fine arts. The city is enclosed within 4 stupas. These stupas are said to have been built in the 3rd century AD by Emperor Ashoka of India. Highlights: Durbar Square, the Patan Old City palace with a bronze collection, the Krishna Mandir built by King Siddhi Narasingh Malla, and Mahabouddha Temple.
Also visit Tibetan camp.

Day 04 – Kathmandu to Pokhara ( 200 km, 5.5 hr )
After breakfast drive to Pokhara. Check in to hotel.
POKHRA is famous for the view of Mt. Fish Tail ( subject to weather ) and the beautiful lakes.
Afternoon : Free time to walk in the lakeside area

Day 05 – Pokhara
Morning : Excursion to Sarankot hill that offers great view of Mt. Fish Tail and other Annapurna range of mountains ( subject to clear weather ). Depending on your interest, a short hiking is also possible.
Afternoon : sightseeing in Pokhara visiting Devi’s falls, local market and boating on Fewa Lake.

Day 06 – Pokhra to Chitwan National Park (165 km / 5 hrs)
Morning : After breakfast drive to Chitwan National Park.
Chitwan National Park -covers an area of 932 km² and is the oldest national park in Nepal. Established in 1973, it was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. The park is located at subtropical inner Terai lowlands of South-Central Nepal in Chitwan district.
Chitwan National Park is rich in flora and fauna, including one of the last populations of single-horned Indian Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros unicorns) and the Bengal tiger -Panthera tigers. The area was known as "Four Mile Forest" and a hunting reserve for big game hunting until 1951.
The park is now a popular destination for eco-tourists and includes canoeing, elephant rides, and guided jungle walks
The Chitwan National Park is home to at least 43 species of mammals, 450 species of birds, and 45 species of amphibians and reptiles. Elephants and Indian rhinos are the largest species found in the park, but a lot of other large herbivores are found in the park, gaur, sambar deer, Indian muntjac, chital, hog deer, mainland serow, chousingha and wild boar. Three large predator species, tigers, leopards, dholes prey on them and carrion eaters like striped hyenas are also found.
Among the reptiles marsh crocoiles, gharials and Indian python are the largest.The vegetation consists mainly of moist deciduous forests, with the Sal as dominating tree species. On the floodplains of the large rivers, by name the Rapti, the Reu and the Narayani there are large areas covered with Elephant grass alternating with riverine Forests mainly composed of Simal, Khair and Sisau trees.

Day 07 – At Chitwan
Full day jungle activities in Royal Chitwan National Park including elephant back Safari and jungle walk.

Day 08 – Chitwan to Nagarkot ( 195 km / 6.5 hrs )
After breakfast drive back to Nagarkot via Kathmandu.
NAGARKOT is situated at 2100 meter above the sea level. It offers panoramic view of Himalayas in a clear day.
Check in to hotel.
Overnight : FORT NAGARKOT
Day 09 – Nagarkot to Kathmandu
Sunrise view from the hotel ( subject to clear weather ).
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu.
En route sightseeing of Bhaktapur city. Bhaktapur means: "The city of devotees" which was founded in the 9th century and is shaped like a conch shell. Highlights: Durbar square the palace with 55 windows, Nyatapola temple, pottery square.
Farewell dinner at an authentic Nepalese restaurant with cultural dance show.

Day 10 – Depart Kathmandu
Early breakfast in the hotel and transfer to connect the return Etihaad flight
